I am Phan Văn An, now living in HCMC, Vietnam, and my age on paper is 23.
23 years of being stuck on this earth, but - so disappointed - I've been using computer for only 5 or 6 years. I still remember my feeling when I first moved the mouse pointer across the screen. "Odd. Strange. Wonderful. Just like magic." - I told myself. Then to my elder brother, I asked "May I become a magician?". "Yes, you blood sucker" said he, after some days of thinking, and I applied to FPT Aptech. The school fee cut me around VND 1M each month, and my family began to get into debt, deeper each day.
After my days of learning and practising, I can play good with anything not bad. And till now, except for *NSYNC, I've rarely seen something bad in this life.
OK I know that sounds self-conceited, so I'll speak in a different way. It's simple that I have the neccessary skills and enough IQ to work in information technology field, both Web and Win applications.
Also, I am familiar with designing too - give me some famous tools like Adobe Photoshop or Corel Draw, and watch my move.
Working means working. I do nothing other than work in working time. Of course, some music while processing $_POST['a_stupid_complex_form'] will be considered.
There's never been a day of mine without music or books - of course I'm not talking about my breast sucking period.
My favorite music genre is power metal. If that does not sound familiar, just try this song. Warning: in order to protect your precious ears, tune down your speaker first!
My favorite books include but not limit to Victor Hugo's novels such as Les Misérables and Notre Dame de Paris. To me, Vietnamese literature is nothing without Nam Cao and Vũ Trọng Phụng. Aziz Nesin is also my favorite writer.
And... no, it will takes me day for this topic. Buy me a cup of white coffee if you want to hear me bubbling.
I care about the destination and results only. So my motto is...
